Job Description

We are looking for a Rental Supervisor to join our team at Volkswagen Huddersfield.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervising the Rent-A-Car team to deliver smooth, efficient service
  • Growing the department through local sales and marketing initiatives
  • Representing both the Rent-A-Car brand and Vertu Volkswagen in the Nottingham area
  • Supporting national corporate and retail business from VWFS UK
  • Processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisation/card details/ credit checks
  • Staff rota management
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of your team

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Car Rental environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong administrative skills
