Requirements

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, both with business and leisure clients (B2B & B2C)
Able to develop and deliver an effective sales pitch
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in car rental, retail, or hospitality
Comfortable using digital tools
Hold a valid manual Category B driver’s license in Belgium
Good command of Dutch
Bring energy and a positive attitude to share with colleagues and customers

Job Responsibility

Managing front-desk operations: preparing quotes, processing reservations, creating rental agreements, and explaining the rental terms and conditions
Ensuring customer satisfaction: highlighting the agency’s services while meeting customers’ needs (upselling)
Providing customer service: welcoming clients, explaining and processing billing for any damages and/or additional charges at the end of the rental
Checking the condition of vehicles upon return (bodywork, interior, missing accessories, etc.) and identifying necessary repairs
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning (both interior and exterior) of vehicles
Transferring vehicles between return and pick-up areas
