Rental Quality Assurance Representative

• Inspect the interior and exterior of our cars, making sure they are meeting our customer quality assurance standards and are ready for our customers to rent
• Enter vehicle status and other information in a mobile handheld device
• Coordinate the movement of cars around our airport lots
• Assist customers as needed, all with excellent customer service

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
