Job Responsibility
Prioritize safety while overseeing operational aspects such as yard management, transportation drivers, and rental coordinators
Build a strong rapport with employees and customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance
Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities
Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends
Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning
Requirements
Ability to positively motivate and manage others, creating a high-performing team
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics
Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and other financial aspects of the business
Exceptional customer relations and communication skills, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred
Previous experience in equipment or rental sales or sales management, preferred
