Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and improving renovation process according to the priorities and feedback from other departments
  • Managing renovation visits and protocols for each unit to ensure optimal: scope, closure time and budget
  • Preparing, updating, and aligning budgets with the Global Renovation Leader for approval
  • Providing reports and forecasts according to the agreed matrix
  • Ensuring good communication flow between stakeholders to achieve expected goals
  • Maintaining and collecting data to ensure updated renovation database
  • Tracking list of: renovations planned, required scope and projection of expenses to inform stakeholder about all changes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Higher degree in Engineering (Architecture, Construction)
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken (min. on B2 level)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Full proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Readiness for occasional business related travel
  • Driving licence – Category B
