Everlaw is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to begin our journey toward a contract renewal center of excellence. You’ll be the first hire in pursuit of a larger, specialized team, to prove out the concept of opportunity management efficiency. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Strategy and Operations, Legal and Finance experts to forecast, manage and close renewal opportunities productively and efficiently. You’ll own T‑120 orchestration, renewal opportunity & quote administration, forecasting, and system hygiene across SFDC/QTC/Ironclad/Gainsight. This role is not designed to be customer facing, but you may support ad hoc with direct customer communications as needed, primarily via email. Your work will have a meaningful impact on our customers’ success and Everlaw’s bottom line.
Job Responsibility:
Become a go-to expert on Quote-to-Cash systems, billing models, and internal tech stack
own the end-to-end T-120 renewal motion
drive operational close for renewals
improve renewal forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene
partner closely with AEs and CSMs
identify and implement process improvements across renewal operations
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Renewals Specialist within a SaaS environment
confident working autonomously as the first member of the Renewals Specialist team
exceptional communicator
deeply customer-centric and commercially minded
a builder at heart
authorized to work in the United States
