Job Description

As a Strategic Relationship Representative, you will join a rapidly growing team and play a pivotal role in our continued success. You will leverage your sales expertise to manage and expand a dedicated customer base. This position is crucial for driving revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and motivating customers to adopt a broader range of our product offerings.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling an extensive product line to an existing customer base
  • Evaluate customer accounts to identify evolving business needs and strategically recommend new or different product solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from quote generation and configuration to opportunity closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts within Salesforce (SFDC) and other required applications, demonstrating a focus on detail
  • Proactively collaborate and exchange information with Renewals, Field Sales, and Channel Partners to ensure alignment and secure expansion business
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission and product value proposition to customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a customer base of Enterprise and/or Commercial accounts
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Salesforce (SFDC) for forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing needs

Nice to have

  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience building complex quotes with various, non-standard product configurations
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills
