Job Description:

We are partnering with a unicorn-stage AI company reshaping how essential industries—like housing and healthcare—operate through technology. With fresh funding ($250M Series E) and ambitious growth plans, the company is building a category-defining brand that requires standout storytelling. We’re looking for a driven Renewals Manager to own the customer renewal process end-to-end. This role is critical in driving multi-year revenue, improving retention, and uncovering expansion opportunities. You’ll be the go-to partner for executive stakeholders and a key player in shaping how we scale our renewals motion.

Job Responsibility:

Lead renewal conversations from outreach through negotiation and close with C-level, VP, and director stakeholders
Manage a large book of business, consistently hitting retention goals and surfacing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure renewals on time and at full value
Maintain a forward-looking renewal forecast and highlight risks and opportunities to leadership
Bring customer insights back to product teams to inform roadmap decisions
Partner with GTM Strategy to refine scalable renewal processes, tools, and playbooks

Requirements:

2+ years in a client-facing, quota-carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, or customer success), ideally in SaaS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in-office at least 4 days per week

Nice to have:

Experience handling complex renewal negotiations
Bonus: background in real estate or proptech
