Job Description:

Responsible for managing and renewing premium service contracts, building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting confidence in HPE’s value. Focused on retention, upsell, and new opportunities within an assigned set of accounts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating future needs
  • Selling premium services, involving presenting, promoting, and justifying the value of the services
  • Managing existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and retaining business
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and targets
  • Effectively communicating with customers, providing solutions, and addressing concerns
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
  • Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Using standard account and renewal planning techniques to create renewal proposals and occasionally upsell
  • Managing support services, renewals, conversions, and upsells for standard installed base accounts
  • Forecasting renewal orders and maintaining pipeline and opportunities
  • Engaging with customers through planned telephone calls, occasional face-to-face visits, and business reviews
  • Collaborating with extended account sales team and services delivery

Requirements:

  • University or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • A master's degree is desired
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Strong sales skills, including presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends using Excel pivot tables
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues
