Job Description:

Join the passionate Sales team of the leading Cloud Email Security Provider in Europe as a Renewal Sales Representative in Skopje. This full-time position is available immediately.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and track which customers have not renewed their service and reach out to them
Work with distributors and partners to ensure they are following up on pending renewals
Create and deliver quotes for renewals
Contact customers periodically to ensure they are happy with their implementation
Answer incoming queries from customers and partners
Achieve renewal targets and report on activity and renewal rates
Follow up with leads

Requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English
First experience in a similar or customer service role
Confident and comfortable making numerous phone calls a day
Excellent organizational skills
Flexible regarding working hours as different shifts are required
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel

Nice to have:

Fluent in a second foreign language, especially German
Experience with a CRM-tool
