Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Renewal Coordinator to manage and streamline our renewal process. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients during the end-to-end renewal process.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end
  • Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels
  • Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics
  • Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached
  • Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects
  • Team player with a client-centered approach

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk for communication management
  • Familiarity with the CRM HubSpot
