You’ll be managing an agreed list of customers and take full ownership for customer relationships at every level, creating effective account action plans in order to achieve sales, revenue, product mix and profit targets. As a Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising our business potential for the Energy Efficiency Team within City Plumbing.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide consistent and considered communication throughout our internal and external customer stakeholder network, which always positively promotes the Energy Efficiency Business, our offer and how we add value
  • Engage with the Energy Efficiency Design & Estimation Team to deliver a project sales management approach utilising our P&H project management platform
  • Identify, secure and develop a customer base of key contractors within an agreed area visiting on a regular basis and encouraging greater use of the Energy Efficiency business
  • Champion an energy efficiency agenda within your territory developing a network of internal customer relationships
  • Create and continually develop an 'Account Development Plan' for each customer

  • Create and continually develop an ‘Account Development Plan' for each customer you will ensure clearly that it maps out a development strategy and ensure that all relevant customers have up-to-date service level agreements (SLA)
