  • Review surveys, reports, quotations and recommendations, challenging where needed to protect quality and value for money
  • Monitor contractor performance, customer outcomes, compliance, complaints and recurring faults
  • Use data, feedback and operational insight to improve services, reduce avoidable cost and prevent repeat issues

  • Visit homes where needed to support diagnosis, gather evidence and provide clear advice on system use and energy efficiency
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation, technology and best practice across renewable energy, Solar PV and low carbon heating.

Requirements

  • Experience working with contractors or suppliers to manage quality, timescales, cost and customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Good organisation, record keeping and confidence using IT systems and performance information.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Solar PV, heat pumps, electric heating, HIUs, communal heating, solar thermal, MVHR or other low carbon technologies
