Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of three, fostering growth and collaboration
Own end-to-end accounting for: Employee Share-Based Payments. (SBP)
Quarterly commission calculations and reporting
Payroll Accounting: month-end entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify workflows
Play a key role in our Group ERP transformation project – test, streamline, and shape future-state finance
Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and Sales teams
Deliver accurate, timely reports for leadership, auditors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
CPA or CA qualified, with strong accounting foundations
Experience in remuneration and benefits accounting, ideally including SBP, payroll, or commissions
Proven leadership experience – you thrive on growing and mentoring others
Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive data
A proactive mindset – you see gaps and take action
