Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of three, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Own end-to-end accounting for: Employee Share-Based Payments. (SBP)
  • Quarterly commission calculations and reporting
  • Payroll Accounting: month-end entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify workflows
  • Play a key role in our Group ERP transformation project – test, streamline, and shape future-state finance
  • Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and Sales teams
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports for leadership, auditors, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • CPA or CA qualified, with strong accounting foundations
  • Experience in remuneration and benefits accounting, ideally including SBP, payroll, or commissions
  • Proven leadership experience – you thrive on growing and mentoring others
  • Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive data
  • A proactive mindset – you see gaps and take action
