Job Description:

Drive exceptional customer experience by building and leading high performance teams within IKEA’s remote channels, focusing on empowering Generalists and Specialists.

Job Responsibility:

Create an inspiring and motivating work environment
Build a committed team with strong customer focus
Evaluate adherence to ways of working for Generalists and Specialists
Lead, coach, and follow up on individual development
Create, monitor, and follow up on team action plans
Identify improvement needs in the work environment
Contribute expertise to optimise coworker availability
Validate hiring, onboarding, and training of coworkers.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact centre
Minimum 1 year of experience in leading and/or influencing co-workers
Fluent in English and local language
Good knowledge of IKEA’s corporate identity, core values, and vision
Strong knowledge of omnichannel customer meeting (within Sales or Resolutions)
Strong knowledge of how to motivate and empower both generalists and specialists
Deep understanding of leadership styles
Good knowledge of change management
Broad knowledge of the Remote Customer Meeting Point business and goals
General knowledge of people planning and recruitment processes
Extensive knowledge of IKEA tone of voice and communication across channels
Basic knowledge about Ingka processes, IKEA product range, and services
Good knowledge about relevant systems and tools
Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Empower others to achieve goals
Analyse risks and consequences of change initiatives
Assess and improve quality.
