Job Description:

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and retain existing customer accounts across an assigned territory
  • Proactively contact customers who have reduced or stopped ordering
  • Remotely sell products within agreed frameworks, tenders, and contracts
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
  • support pricing and contract discussions
  • Work closely with field sales to support territory planning, demonstrations, and follow‑ups
  • Engage a range of stakeholders including pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, and technical teams
  • Use market and account data to prioritise sales activity and insight
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support forecasting and supply planning
  • Support customer service initiatives and platform roll‑outs
  • Manage customer concerns professionally, particularly during supply challenges

Requirements:

  • ABPI qualified
  • Strong communication skills (phone‑based, digital, and technical)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote role
  • Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience in anaesthesia or hospital‑based products
  • Knowledge of NHS frameworks and tender environments
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
