Job Description

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams. We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to support and grow a portfolio of anaesthesia and specialist injectable products across the UK. This role acts as a key link between NHS customers, field sales, and internal teams, driving account retention, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring continuity of supply in a complex healthcare environment. You will combine proactive sales activity, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor sales performance and re-engage inactive or declining customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to plan and prioritise key accounts
  • Identify and win new business through targeted outreach and data-led prospecting
  • Engage stakeholders on procurement frameworks, demonstrating value and supporting cost improvement objectives
  • Clearly communicate product value and differentiation to pharmacists and clinical stakeholders
  • Support equipment audits to understand installed base and future replacement or upgrade plans
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to align supply and customer requirements
  • Maintain regular customer contact and support consent and account administration processes
  • Contribute to forecasting, tender activity, and contract management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support quotation and pricing processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy stakeholders across NHS accounts
  • Manage and communicate supply issues, backorders, and shortages effectively
  • Support forecasting and reporting, using data to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrate understanding of NHS medicines procurement and supply structures
  • Collaborate with internal teams on regulatory and supply considerations
