We are seeking experienced contract Remote Trainers to lead virtual, instructor-led training sessions for retail banking employees. The objective is to support a large-scale rollout of new processes using MS Teams, PowerPoint, and a retail banking system. Training sessions will be conducted virtually.
Job Responsibility:
Co-facilitate virtual training sessions for groups of up to 25 employees at a time via Microsoft Teams
Utilize PowerPoint to present materials and demonstrate system workflows using new retail banking platform and other training methodologies
While one trainer leads instruction, the other will manage the technical aspects such as sharing presentations, monitoring and responding to chat questions, and supporting learners in real-time
Deliver two-day training classes according to the program schedule
Keep participants engaged and motivated, clearly communicating complex concepts in a supportive environment
Address participant questions and troubleshoot technical or content-related issues during live sessions
Record participation, track completion, and provide feedback to program managers
Collaborate to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across all training sessions
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail banking is required, no exceptions
Prior experience with training delivery and learning development is required
Hands-on use of retail banking systems and platforms is required
Proficient in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and clear, patient instructional style
Ability to motivate learners and adapt training approaches to meet diverse needs
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a two-trainer team
Flexible, solution-oriented, and professional demeanor
Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or employee training roles
Proven expertise in delivering virtual training programs using platforms like Microsoft Teams
Strong background in retail banking or financial services, with knowledge of banking operations
Ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse groups
Familiarity with computer-based training tools and techniques
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively deliver content and address questions
Experience in developing training materials and adapting content to meet organizational needs
