Job Description

We are hiring a remote Phone Receptionist / Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to help manage customer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads via phones, messages, and emails.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and quickly
  • Create a warm, personal, and trustworthy first impression for every customer
  • Help customers feel comfortable coming in to sell their luxury handbags, jewelry, gold, diamonds, or watches
  • Answer questions on business processes and sell on 'Why Us'
  • Explain the basic process of our business
  • Book customer appointments with the appropriate team or office
  • Process returns for our online store
  • Call back missed calls and inbound leads
  • Follow up with customers who missed or canceled appointments
  • Support basic outbound customer follow-up, including appointment reminders and loan payment reminders when needed
  • Communicate with the internal team to make sure customers are handled properly

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Experience using modern AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and customer follow-up
  • Comfortable using basic online tools, phone software, email, messaging platforms, included by not limited to Instagram, GMAIL, Shopify
  • Able to take feedback and improve quickly
