We are hiring a remote Phone Receptionist / Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to help manage customer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads via phones, messages, and emails.
Job Responsibility
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and quickly
Create a warm, personal, and trustworthy first impression for every customer
Help customers feel comfortable coming in to sell their luxury handbags, jewelry, gold, diamonds, or watches
Answer questions on business processes and sell on 'Why Us'
Explain the basic process of our business
Book customer appointments with the appropriate team or office
Process returns for our online store
Call back missed calls and inbound leads
Follow up with customers who missed or canceled appointments
Support basic outbound customer follow-up, including appointment reminders and loan payment reminders when needed
Communicate with the internal team to make sure customers are handled properly
Requirements
Strong phone communication skills
Experience using modern AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
Comfortable with sales conversations and customer follow-up
Comfortable using basic online tools, phone software, email, messaging platforms, included by not limited to Instagram, GMAIL, Shopify
Able to take feedback and improve quickly
