1 to 3 years work experience
Provide Level 2 technical support for VSAT, L-band, and LEO/MEO satellite services
Troubleshoot RF, connectivity, latency, packet loss, and modem-related issues
Handle L1 escalations independently within SLA timelines
Monitor satellite terminals and network performance using NMS tools
Perform remote configuration of routers, modems, firewalls, and WAN devices
Analyze signal strength, bandwidth utilization, and interference issues
Coordinate with OEMs, NOC teams, and satellite providers for fault resolution
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities remotely
Maintain accurate ticket updates, RCA documentation, and SLA compliance

Job Responsibility
