Job Description

Beacon Hill is hiring for a remote Legal Support Specialist to assist an insurance defense partner in Pittsburgh with a high-volume, complex matter. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage medical records and support case development.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze large volumes of medical records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Prepare clear, concise medical record summaries for attorney review
  • Request medical records, files, and other case-related documentation from providers and third parties
  • Conduct follow-up calls to obtain records and ensure timely receipt of information
  • Track and manage incoming documentation, maintaining organized case files
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to support case strategy and deadlines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive medical and legal information

Requirements
