Requirements

  • Strong experience in business systems analysis and technical consulting
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to understand and document complex business and technical requirements
  • Experience with data mapping and system configuration
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to identify and recommend alternative solutions
  • Ability to work independently on multiple engagements with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, consulting, or implementation roles involving software integration, preferably within the financial sector
  • Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of financial systems or banking software solutions
  • Experience with software testing, analysis, and development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with integration processes and technical troubleshooting
  • Previous experience supporting software implementations in a client-facing role
