Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Infrastructure Engineer – L1 (Fresher) to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. The role involves monitoring servers and network devices, handling alerts, providing first-level support, ticket management, and escalation as per SLA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform 24×7 infrastructure monitoring using monitoring tools (servers, network, storage)
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to alerts and incidents
  • Provide Level 1 support for infrastructure-related issues
  • Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in ticketing tools
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows/Linux servers
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and OEMs for escalations
  • Follow SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matrices
  • Maintain shift handover documents and daily status reports
  • Adhere to SLA, compliance, and security policies
