Self-Motivated and Independent: thrives in a remote, commission-based role where earnings are directly tied to efforts
Communication Expert: confident, articulate, and capable of delivering clear, concise, and persuasive messages
Tech-Savvy: familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, loyalty apps, or booking platforms, is a plus but not essential

Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
