Job Responsibility
Receive inbound calls transferred from various sources to promote company products
Sell approved vacation packages to customers over the phone
Explain details and sales terms of vacation offers
Determine guest eligibility to qualify for timeshare offers
Answer customer questions appropriately
Provide outstanding service to meet customer expectations
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Sales-minded professionalism
Hospitality, sales, call center, or marketing experience
Ability to overcome challenges and objections
Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
