The job will require the associate to work with the customer through both phone and email to schedule the upgrade and then perform that upgrade at the requested time.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with customers to conduct remote upgrades of the client products deployed to customers locations.

Requirements:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Technology related or equivalent work experience
2-3 years proven applied experience
Goal and action oriented
Read, write, speak English language
English proficient
Strong technical orientation and experience deploying proprietary and standard applications
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems using logical/analytical methods
Application/software packaging and deployment

Understanding and experience of various Windows operating systems, Active Directory, domain security, and Remote Access methods.
Knowledge of cloud computing, Microsoft SQL Server, AD, Windows-Unix/Linux, Remote access and SQL scripting
