Job Description:

We are expanding our bank of Remote Clinical Pharmacists and are inviting applications from experienced clinicians interested in flexible, remote-based primary care work. This is not a specific shift vacancy, registration will place you on our bank, giving you access to upcoming remote sessions as they become available.

Requirements:

  • GPHC registration
  • Experience working in primary care or GP practices
  • Strong knowledge of acute and long-term condition management
  • Experience with medication reviews, repeat prescription management, and structured medication reviews
  • Experience using System One and/or EMIS Web
  • Access to a secure laptop or desktop with either System One or EMIS Web already installed
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Reliable broadband connection and a private, suitable workspace
