Remote Call Center Representative

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with customer concerns related to laundry equipment, warranties, orders, returns, and troubleshooting issues
• Process sales orders and manage returns efficiently
• Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems and call center software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and top-tier customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex customer concerns and coordinate follow-ups
• Achieve customer service metrics, including resolution time, quality scores, and call-handling benchmarks
• Stay informed on company updates, product features, and policies

• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical support
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an ability to manage fast-paced workflows
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solving
