Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance. This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Stay current with ABA research and best practices
Requirements:
Tennessee LBA license (required)
BCBA certification (in good standing)
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
Excellent communication and documentation skills
