Join Our Growing Team and Make a Significant Impact! We're seeking a passionate and skilled full-time or part-time Early Childhood BCBA/BCaBA to join our dynamic team in Hoover, Alabama! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family-centered approaches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB
  • Valid Alabama state licensure
  • Experience in early childhood development and education
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide in home and community based services
