Job Responsibility
Coordinate all aspects of prescription drug coverage by navigating public, private, and special access programs
Provide compassionate, professional telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance bodies
Adhere to case-management protocols, managing patient onboarding documentation, tracking therapy disruptions, and filing mandatory adverse event reports
Act as the primary link between patients, pharmacies, and physicians' offices to maximize reimbursement solutions
Log every interactive update accurately into the internal database
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) as a Patient Caseworker, Pharma Reimbursement Specialist, or Patient Coordinator
Fluent professional bilingualism (English/French, oral and written)
Tech-savvy with working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Outstanding organizational skills, strong financial acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and a deeply empathetic communication style
