The Path to 100% Remote Work (WFH): To protect the integrity of our support to military families, our onboarding center utilizes a strict 100% Onsite Training Center model in DOWNTOWN OTTAWA. There is no permanent onsite team; the center is designed solely to launch you into full-time remote success. The Onsite Training Pipeline (2–3 Months Total): 1. In-Class Training (4 weeks): Paid, structured deep-dive into the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD). Must be successfully completed alongside gaining security clearance. 2. On-the-Job Training DOWNTOWN Ottawa office / OJT (2–4 weeks): Hands-on, practical learning phase with active support. 3. Evaluation Phase: Operations Managers assess your progress directly at the training center. Transition to Full-Time REMOTE Upon successfully graduating from the training pipeline, meeting core performance metrics, and demonstrating mastery of the technical skillset, you will transition into a permanent, full-time work-from-home model (no hybrid required). *Note: Candidates must maintain a quiet, dedicated home workspace with a stable, wired (Ethernet) internet connection to protect client privacy.* Paid Training: 3-4 weeks (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Job Responsibility
Main point of contact for members across phone, email, chat, and video, providing a warm and professional experience for every relocating member
Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys, proactively addressing complex challenges and clarifying policies to ensure peace of mind
Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests with high accuracy
Navigate and interpret the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive. You will be the expert voice translating policy into actionable advice
Requirements
Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages
At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking was key
This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec and across Canada
To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since March 2021)
High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client
Ability to maintain high productivity and attention to detail during peak relocation seasons
Have status to work in Canada at the time of application
Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a credit check
Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application
