Job Responsibility

  • Casework & Reimbursement: Coordinate all aspects of prescription drug coverage by navigating public, private, and special access programs
  • Patient Engagement: Provide compassionate, professional telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance bodies
  • Clinical Tracking: Adhere to case-management protocols, managing patient onboarding documentation, tracking therapy disruptions, and filing mandatory adverse event reports
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary link between patients, pharmacies, and physicians' offices to maximize reimbursement solutions
  • CRM Documentation: Log every interactive update accurately into the internal database

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) as a Patient Caseworker, Pharma Reimbursement Specialist, or Patient Coordinator
  • Fluent professional bilingualism (English/French, oral and written). This role requires bilingualism to serve a national patient base and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec
  • Tech-savvy with working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
