Requirements

5+ years experience in B2B software sales, ideally SaaS
Background or strong exposure in: Transportation & Logistics, TMS, supply chain software OR Wealth Management, financial software, treasury, banking tech
Proven success in New Business Development and exceeding sales targets
Experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional French or Dutch is an advantage)
Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working remotely across multiple countries

Job Responsibility

Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and France
Identify, engage, and close net-new customers in transportation & logistics or wealth management sectors
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, C-Level)
Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value and ROI
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success
Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM system
Represent Helios Group / Portfolio Company at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs throughout the region
Provide market insights to support strategic decisions and product development
Contribute to the long-term development of the commercial organization, with future leadership potential
