As an Account Executive, you’ll prospect, close, and expand facility partners through inside sales techniques. You’ll be assigned a market of accounts in the US and will be accountable for revenue growth in that market. Whether you’re an early-career builder looking to learn fast, or an experienced seller/operator, there’s an opportunity at Clipboard. This role is remote, with occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect and generate pipeline via outbound (primarily calls & emails) and inbound lead follow-up
Pitch and demo Clipboard clearly - tailoring the story to each facility’s pain points
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement
Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (B2B Sales Environment)
Occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or B2B field sales (for Early Career Path)
3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare or marketplace experience a plus) (for Experienced Path)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action
Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline
Nice to have:
Healthcare or marketplace experience (for Experienced Path)
