A long standing modern law firm in central Leeds is growing their remortgage team with the hire of a Remortgage Case Manager. Joining an established team, the work is of excellent quality with plenty of support, development and a very lucrative bonus scheme.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of remortgage matters from start to finish, with administrative support
  • Handle the more technical and challenging elements of the remortgage process with confidence
  • Deliver an outstanding service to clients, introducers, and business partners at every stage
  • Manage complex queries efficiently, resolving issues while protecting both the client’s and the business’s interests
  • Ensure all matters are billed correctly and that completion funds are transferred accurately and securely
  • Maintain files to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records, including detailed telephone notes, while managing calls and emails promptly
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and cases progress without delay
  • Take ownership of personal performance, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed targets
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent potential challenges

  • Draft key legal documents (statements of truth, undertakings, transfers, etc.)
  • Be the escalation point for complex client queries
  • Apply Money Laundering regulations to relevant cases
  • Identify training needs and support development of team members (including preparing/delivering training materials)
  • Manage complaints in line with company policy
