The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. Responsible for greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations. This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.
Job Responsibility

Working in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience
Ability to operate computer equipment
Good communication skills
Fluency in English
Current work authorization in the United States
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
Nice to have
Ability to speak Spanish
