This full-time year-round on-site position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team in our all-day dining outlet. The Remedy Assistant Manager will report to the Remedy Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and floor management to maximize cover capacity.
Job Responsibility:
Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure professional, courteous and efficient guest service
establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock
handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution
perform pre-shifts to ensure employee appearance and posture
assist with training, schedules, payroll and other managerial duties
Requirements:
1+ years experience
previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage
previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
ability to operate computer equipment
knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications
previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems required
strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
elevated leadership skills
cross-cultural sensitivity
customer service orientation
guest centricity
fluency in English
current work authorization in the United States
