Job Description:

This full-time year-round on-site position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team in our all-day dining outlet. The Remedy Assistant Manager will report to the Remedy Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and floor management to maximize cover capacity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure professional, courteous and efficient guest service
  • establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock
  • handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution
  • perform pre-shifts to ensure employee appearance and posture
  • assist with training, schedules, payroll and other managerial duties

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience
  • previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage
  • previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
  • ability to operate computer equipment
  • knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications
  • previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems required
  • strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • current work authorization in the United States
