As a Relocation Advisor, you aren't just processing paperwork; you are the Strategic Partner and primary anchor for these families. You are the person who turns a complex, high-stakes logistical challenge into a seamless, supportive journey, ensuring those who serve us are taken care of at home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact across phone, email, chat, and video
  • Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys
  • Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests
  • Navigate and interpret the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive

Requirements:

  • Exceptional oral and written proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since March 2021)
  • At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking was key
  • High computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and attention to detail during peak relocation seasons
