Relief Support Worker

• Support individuals with learning disabilities
• enable service users to access opportunities and become active participants in their local community
• engage service users in local community activities such as swimming, gym sessions and long walks
• provide daily living assistance with a sense of fun and humor
• foster an inclusive and encouraging environment

• A minimum of twelve months of relevant employed experience
• strong communication skills
