Relief Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you'll be working in a supported living house, helping people with learning disabilities and physical needs to build confidence, maintain independence, and develop new skills. Your day may include supporting individuals with: planning and preparing meals; keeping their home clean, safe, and comfortable; medication support (where required); personal care; updating support plans and risk assessments; accessing community activities, hobbies, and social events. You'll be part of a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to make each day meaningful for the people we support. This is a 24-hour service, so available shifts may include: days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers (as required by the service). A driver is desirable, but not essential. All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
