Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Relief Support Workers to become part of our Mental Health service in Wigan. Our staff play a vital role in ensuring that positive mental health and housing related support is delivered to all of our service users in a personalised way.

Job Responsibility:

Visiting service users in their own home or within other settings and offering them practical and emotional support
Engage with those we care for, and build trusting relationships with them and their wider support networks
Encourage our service users to live as independently as possible, and work towards this in accordance with their individual support plans

Requirements:

A minimum of twelve months experience of working in the Care and Mental Health sector is essential
