Relief Support Worker

• Provide person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities
• Provide intimate, practical, and emotional care
• Support service users in leading meaningful and fulfilling lives
• Assist with activities such as shopping, social events, and health appointments
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure a consistent and coordinated service
• Work both as part of a team and independently in service user homes

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
• Warm and able to work in a person-centred manner
