Job Responsibility:
Support people to take part in allotment-based and community activities
Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing through person-centred approaches
Help plan and deliver creative, practical, and engaging sessions
Encourage skill-building in areas such as gardening, woodwork, and crafts
Work collaboratively with colleagues and local community partners
Requirements:
Passion for supporting people with disabilities using a person-centred approach
Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
Interest in gardening, horticulture, or outdoor activities
Willingness to learn new skills such as woodwork (or bring existing experience)
Enjoy crafts and facilitating engaging sessions
Confidence working alongside community organisations
Flexibility and responsiveness to changing service needs
