Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to. This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine.

Job Responsibility:

Building relationships with the people you will be supporting
helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies
using a digital app called Nourish

Requirements:

Full Manual UK Driving Licence
commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support

Nice to have:

Experience of using a digital or mobile app
