Relief Support Worker

• Provide person centred support to service users with a learning disability and complex needs
• Provide respectful personal care and support in daily tasks including cooking, cleaning, housework, and other life skills
• Assist service users in accessing social and leisure activities
• Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users
• Perform general administrative duties, housing management tasks, and medication distribution

• Skills in positive communication and engagement
• Confidence to work within a positive behavior support framework
• Ability to accept responsibility and develop as a skilled practitioner
• Ability to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos
• Preferably a car driver
• Previous employed care experience of at least twelve months
