Relief Support Worker

• Building relationships with the people you will be supporting
• Helping with day-to-day routine in line with personal support plans
• Assisting with dressing, personal care, finances, medication
• Attending appointments
• Supporting with employment, volunteering and hobbies
• Using a digital app called Nourish (care and support plans)

• Full UK Driving licence
• Ability to drive manual vehicles
• Access to own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check (cost met by employer)
• Awareness of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
• Empathetic, resilient and robust individual
• Genuine passion for supporting others
• Ability to think on your feet
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts
• Happy to step in where needed
• Potential to work hours close to full-time
• Experience using a digital or mobile app is desirable
