Relief Support Worker. Salary: £13.25 per hour + 12.07% holiday entitlement payment. Location: Teignbridge, South Hams and Torbay areas available! Contract/hours: 0 hour contracts. This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
