Job Description

Real Life Options is a registered charity dedicated to empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. We are looking for committed Support Workers to work in our Inverurie Day Centre, helping individuals lead enriched and independent lives. The role involves supporting with building new skills, providing personal care, community integration, and promoting independence. The Day Centre operates Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with plans to extend to weekends. Relief cover may be required on short notice. Drivers preferred. PVG check required.
