support with conference hires
signposting customers
dealing with queries relating to internal and external organisations
support the team of Receptionists to achieve Western Gateway’s key priorities
Requirements:
Outstanding organisation skills
communication and interpersonal skills
experience in sales
accurate record keeping
data entry
completes a basic DBS check before starting the role
